Dee Nolting, FACMPE

Dee Nolting, FACMPE, is the President of CorPlasia Advisors, LLC. With extensive experience as a healthcare executive, she has led family and specialty clinics, ambulatory surgery centers, and various ancillary services. Dee is dedicated to coaching leaders and teams, inspiring individuals, and building strong organizations. Her reputation as a sought-after speaker and consultant for physicians and healthcare facilities revealed her true mission: founding CorPlasia Advisors, LLC. This firm provides resources to leaders through speaking engagements, team and leadership coaching, consulting, and other solutions for medical providers. The name CorPlasia, meaning "together growing," reflects her belief that team development is crucial to organizational growth. Dee offers professional development, speaking, and consulting services in areas such as organizational start-ups, clinic management services, patient workflows, revenue cycle management, financial reporting, strategic planning, and other organizational development strategies. She has served as the President of the Kansas Medical Group Managers Association and currently serves as a Member-At Large and interim Membership Chair. She is also a member of the Health Administration Advisory Board at Wichita State University.

Krista Ward, MHCL, ACHE, CPCS

With many years of healthcare expertise, Krista Ward serves as a Consultant with CorPlasia Advisors, specializing in accreditation, regulatory compliance, privileging, medical staff services, and centralized credentialing operations. Krista’s leadership includes managing a credentialing verification organization supporting more than 60 clients, achieving an exceptional track record of zero adverse survey findings. Her proven ability to deliver successful outcomes has made her a trusted advisor to critical access hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, Federally Qualified Health Centers, and major health systems across Kansas and the surrounding regions.

Krista holds certifications as a Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) and is an active member of the National Association for Medical Staff Services (NAMSS) and the Kansas Association for Medical Staff Services (KAMSS), where she earned the Excellence in Service Award in 2023. She is also a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and is working toward fellowship status.

Recognized for her contributions both professionally and within her community, Krista has received multiple honors from the Wichita Business Journal, including being named a 2022 Young Professional in Health Care Nominee, a 2023 Career Women honoree, and a 2024 Women in Business Honoree.

Krista earned her Master’s degree in Healthcare Leadership and has become a key contributor to advancing credentialing processes and setting industry standards. She is passionate about coaching medical staff professionals and physician leaders, emphasizing the importance of compliance, operational efficiency, and best practices. From updating facility privileges to refining medical staff bylaws, Krista’s expertise ensures excellence at every level while empowering healthcare teams to thrive.

Harlene Hoyt, CRHCP

Harlene Hoyt-Johnson, CRHCP is certified as a Rural Health Clinic Professional. She has served in the medical field for over 27 years. Born and raised in a small community surrounded by farmers and ranchers in Kansas, she believes in fostering a sustainable community connection with healthcare and is passionate about rural health clinics.

Her successful and strong leadership has led her to diverse positions throughout her career. She has a passion for Practice Management, with an emphasis on Rural Health Clinics. Her experience includes practice management, RHC compliance, risk management, policy and procedure development, 340B reporting and auditing, evaluation and management documentation review and auditing, contract review (including lease agreements and payer contracts), provider enrollment, strategic planning, and financial reporting. She enjoys providing practices and their providers with information on their success, addressing weaknesses, and strategic planning for improvement. She is also skilled in engaging stakeholders, implementing patient satisfaction surveys, and recognizing organizational strengths to offer coaching. Harlene continues to serve on the Kansas MGMA Board as the RHC Committee Chair.
